RADSVI is a product of Radsvi LLC, a United States limited liability company. RADSVI is federal pursuit decision intelligence: it helps government contractors decide which solicitations deserve a proposal investment, and shows the evidence behind every determination.
What RADSVI does
RADSVI captures a company's verified capabilities, certifications, past performance, NAICS coverage and bid capacity as a persistent Company DNA profile. Each opportunity is then evaluated in a fixed order:
- Live federal opportunity and its solicitation-derived requirements.
- Evidence — what the solicitation states and what the company has verified.
- Pursuit Gate — mandatory requirements resolve to CLEAR, UNKNOWN or BLOCKED.
- Pursuit Fit — strategic scoring, only for opportunities that are not blocked.
- Capacity and portfolio consequence against finite proposal resources.
- A PURSUE, REVIEW or DO NOT PURSUE recommendation with a full evidence trail.
How we treat missing evidence
RADSVI does not treat missing evidence as failure. When the evidence required to determine a mandatory requirement is absent or unverified, the requirement is reported as UNKNOWN together with what must be confirmed. Only a verified unmet mandatory requirement is reported as BLOCKED.

RADSVI outputs are analytical decision support. RADSVI does not provide legal, contractual or bid advice and does not make the bid decision for you. Responsibility for any submission decision remains with your capture team.
