Test RADSVI on a real federal opportunity
Enter a SAM.gov Notice ID to see the mandatory requirements RADSVI reads from a live federal solicitation and the Pursuit Gate state for each one. Missing evidence is UNKNOWN, never failure.
What a SAM.gov Notice ID is
A Notice ID is the identifier SAM.gov assigns to a single contract opportunity notice. It appears on the notice page for a presolicitation, combined synopsis/solicitation, sources sought, or award notice, and it stays with that notice through amendments. Because it points at one specific notice rather than a search result, it is the cleanest way to ask RADSVI to read a real federal solicitation. A solicitation number can be reused or formatted inconsistently across agencies; the Notice ID is not.
What this public check returns
RADSVI reads the live notice and extracts the requirements the solicitation itself states as mandatory — set-aside and socioeconomic eligibility, NAICS and size standard, required certifications, clearance or facility requirements, place of performance, vehicle access and submission constraints. Each requirement is reported with its source text and a Pursuit Gate state:
- CLEAR — no mandatory blocker was identified from the available evidence.
- UNKNOWN — the evidence needed to resolve the requirement is missing or unverified.
- BLOCKED — verified evidence indicates a mandatory requirement is unmet.
No Company DNA is used here
The public check runs without an account, so it has no access to any company profile. Requirements that can only be resolved against company-specific evidence — your certifications, clearances, past performance, capacity or registrations — therefore remain UNKNOWN, and no Pursuit Fit score or PURSUE / REVIEW / DO NOT PURSUE recommendation is produced. What you see is the solicitation-side half of the decision: what the notice demands, and which of those demands can be settled from the notice alone.
UNKNOWN is not ineligibility
UNKNOWN means evidence is missing, not that a company fails the requirement. RADSVI never converts missing evidence into BLOCKED, into ineligibility, or into an automatic pass. Each UNKNOWN item names exactly what has to be confirmed, so the gap is a task rather than a verdict. Once that evidence is verified in a Company DNA profile, the same frozen engine re-resolves the requirement and the state can move to CLEAR or, if the evidence shows the requirement is genuinely unmet, to BLOCKED.
