How RADSVI produces a decision
RADSVI is a federal pursuit decision intelligence platform. Every recommendation follows the same order, uses the same frozen engine, and carries the evidence that produced it.
The six steps
1. Evidence
Company DNA records verified capabilities, certifications, NAICS coverage, past performance, personnel and bid capacity. The solicitation contributes its own stated facts. Both are tracked with their source.
2. Pursuit Gate
Every mandatory requirement resolves to CLEAR, UNKNOWN or BLOCKED. Missing or unverified evidence is UNKNOWN, with the specific confirmation needed. UNKNOWN is never failure.
3. Pursuit Fit
Opportunities with no verified blocker are scored 0–100 on strategic alignment. Each contributing factor is shown with its weight, so the number can be argued with rather than merely accepted.
4. Recommendation
PURSUE, REVIEW or DO NOT PURSUE, presented with the gate state and the evidence behind it.
5. Portfolio consequence
Proposal capacity is finite. RADSVI shows what pursuing this opportunity implies for the rest of the pipeline instead of treating each decision in isolation.
6. Learning
Analyses are persisted immutably. Re-analysis creates a new record and preserves the lineage, so a past decision stays readable exactly as it was made.
Determinism and the evidence trail
The decision engine is frozen and versioned. Identical inputs always produce identical outputs, and each analysis stores the inputs it used, so a Decision Brief months later shows exactly what was known at the time.
Where to go next

Frequently asked questions
How does RADSVI produce a pursuit recommendation?
In a fixed order: evidence, Pursuit Gate, Pursuit Fit, recommendation, portfolio consequence. Every step records the evidence it used, so the recommendation can be reconstructed later.
Is the scoring deterministic?
Yes. Scores are produced by a frozen decision engine against persisted Company DNA, so identical inputs always produce identical outputs and a stored analysis can be re-read exactly as it was decided.
What is Company DNA?
Company DNA is the persistent profile of a company's verified capabilities, certifications, NAICS coverage, past performance, personnel and bid capacity. It is the evidence base every gate state and score is resolved against.
Does RADSVI make the bid decision?
No. RADSVI is analytical decision support. It does not provide legal, contractual or bid advice, and responsibility for any submission decision remains with the capture team.
Decision support only. RADSVI does not make the bid decision for you and does not provide legal or contractual advice.
