Privacy Policy
Last updated August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RADSVI collects, uses and protects information in connection with the RADSVI Pursuit Portfolio Intelligence platform, including Pursuit Compass (the "Service"). It applies to business customers and their authorized users.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, work email and authentication records for each user.
- Customer content: company capability, certification, past performance, capacity and opportunity information you submit.
- Billing data: plan, subscription status and payment-provider identifiers. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by RADSVI.
- Operational data: logs, diagnostics and security events needed to run and protect the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the Service, generate the analyses and recommendations you request, administer subscriptions, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content for advertising.
3. Tenancy and access controls
Customer content is stored in a multi-tenant database with row-level access controls that restrict records to the owning company account. RADSVI personnel access customer content only where necessary to operate the Service, resolve a support issue or comply with law.
4. Service providers
We rely on a limited set of vendors to deliver the Service, including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email delivery and payment processing. These providers process data on our instructions under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain account and customer content for as long as the account is active and for a limited period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. You may request deletion of your workspace data by contacting support.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, scoped credentials, least-privilege service access and routine security review. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to remediate identified risks promptly.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information. Requests can be made to our support address and will be verified before we act on them.
8. International processing
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, for paid customers, communicated by email where appropriate.
