Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, renewals and refunds work for RADSVI subscriptions. It applies to all paid plans billed in US dollars on a monthly or annual basis.

1. Cancel at any time

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Plans & Billing page or by contacting support. No cancellation fee applies.

2. Effect of cancellation

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Your service continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
At the end of that period, the subscription ends and the account reverts to the free tier.

3. Refunds

Payments already made are generally non-refundable, including partial periods after a mid-term cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the charge.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same term until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown on your Plans & Billing page.

5. Billing support

For billing questions, disputed charges or cancellation help, contact support@radsvi.com. Please include your account email and the date of the charge.
